An individual, by submitting a request through the "Place Order" form on the website
www.nppit.ru, acting freely, by their own will, and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, provides their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) to NPP Innovative Technologies LLC (INN 7715847479,
info@nppit.ru, +7 (495) 22-105-33), which owns the website
www.nppit.ru and is registered at 16 Letnikovskaya Street, Building 4a, 10th Floor, Moscow, 115114, Russia, under the following conditions:
1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
2. The Consent covers the processing of the following personal data: personal information not classified as special categories of personal data or biometric personal data: email address; name; place of work; mobile phone number.
3. Purpose of personal data processing: discussion of a potential project.
4. The following actions will be performed with the personal data during processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; usage; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
5. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of NPP Innovative Technologies LLC for the purposes specified in this Consent:

6. Personal data will be processed for a period of 30 days from the date of refusal to continue discussing the project or from the date a decision is made to conclude a project agreement, whichever occurs earlier, in accordance with Part 4, Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
7. Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by sending a written notice or an electronic notice, signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
8. In the event that you or your representative withdraws the Consent, NPP Innovative Technologies LLC shall have the right to continue processing the personal data without your Consent where permitted under Clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
9. This Consent shall remain in effect until the termination of the processing of personal data as specified in Sections 6 and 7 of this Consent.
