The dealer network of NPP Innovative Technologies LLC, located within the Russian Federation, consists of dealers specializing in the distribution of industrial products (B2B) and general dealers.
Any business entity registered within the Russian Federation, regardless of its organizational and legal form, that meets the following requirements may become a dealer.
Requirements for Applicants:

• Organization of business processes for selling products to end consumers (B2B sector);
• Infrastructure: office and warehouse facilities;
• Fleet of delivery vehicles;
• Organizational structure: sales managers and technical specialists (for B2B operations);
• Software for automated accounting and activity control: 1C or similar systems;
• Financial stability of the applicant — evaluated based on the provided document package;
• Purchase plan for products branded under "NPP Innovative Technologies" trademarks: B2B format.

Document Package for Contract Signing after Dealer Status Assignment:

• Certificate of State Registration;
• Certificate of Tax Registration;
• Articles of Association (Charter);
• Documents confirming the authority of the buyer's representative to sign contracts (power of attorney, appointment order, etc.);
• Counterparty information card with postal and banking details, certified with a company stamp;
• Statistical codes;
• Delivery points (for each region: one point for road delivery and one for railway delivery):
• Full warehouse address for road transport deliveries and a map with directions;
• Destination station name and code for railway deliveries.
